Our Managing Partners
Mr. Narendra Panani is a visionary and founder of Prime Group. A well-round professional, has a strong track record of successfully directing large-scale and complex mixed use real estate developments as well as Commercial & government projects developments from inception to completion.
The real estate arena is rapidly changing, both in terms of construction technology and in opportunities. Vishal Sheth has the all-important role of identifying opportunities and new areas of growth. His holistic understanding of market dynamics enables him to chart the future course of the group. He supervises the group’s operational and sales across the length and breadth of Mumbai.
Before he became an integral part of the group, he had a rich experience of undertaking construction contracts for roads and several other government housing projects across the nation.
Always a hands-on person, he strongly believes that the promoters of the company should be thoroughly involved in the execution of a real estate project. He has an expert understanding of the Mumbai real estate market in both, commercial and residential segments. He is extremely sensitive towards his customers’ requirements and uses a strictly transparent style of workmanship. His passion, commitment to ethics, and belief in the growth and benefits of every stakeholder, gives the customer a special edge. He believes in building and nurturing partnerships with investors and key stakeholders.
Ronak Panani comes from a family with a widespread portfolio in Civil Infrastructure engaged in the business of construction of Bridges, Roadways, Highways, Runways, Real Estate & all end to end project execution that are spread across the country. A renowned specialist in infrastructure development, he has over years of hands-on experience in heading and managing medium to large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects.
He manages the construction related responsibilities of the group company. He heads the crucial departments of construction and infrastructure and concurrently manages the execution of the projects by providing strategic expertise on matters of critical importance.
He is also responsible for formulating solutions on all technical matters ranging from optimum usage of materials to manpower and equipment.
